Founder’s Table

Founder’s Table

The Concept

A small, curated forum for women founders actively running and growing real businesses who want practical guidance they can apply immediately.

This is not a mastermind.
This is not motivational coaching.
This is not conceptual education.

This is operator-led, framework-driven learning designed to help women founders:

Grow revenue with intention

Reduce complexity without chaos

Make clearer decisions, faster

Build sustainable, profitable businesses

All at a fraction of the cost of high-ticket 1:1 coaching.

Why This Forum Exists

More women than ever are building businesses with strong products, services, and traction.
Yet the data shows where progress breaks down:

Women-founded businesses are more likely to stall between $250K and $1M in revenue

Fewer than 3% of women-founded companies reach $1M+ annually

The biggest gaps are not ambition or creativity, but financial clarity, operating structure, hiring timing, and decision discipline

Most founders don’t need more inspiration.
They need operating clarity.
This forum exists to close the gap between vision and execution.

Who This Is For

The Dundee Flywheel:

Are past the idea stage

Have real customers, payroll, and pressure

Operate roughly between $250K–$5M in revenue

Feel stretched, stuck, or under-supported

Want clarity through action, not theory

This forum is for women who want to build better businesses, not just talk about them.

What Makes This Forum Different

No abstract theory, only tools you can apply immediately

Proven frameworks, dashboards, and decision models

Led by a founder with real operating experience

A peer room of women facing similar challenges

Structured discussions that respect time and outcomes

We build what you will actually use.

Led by Jennifer DiMotta

Founder. Operator. Executive. Board Member.

Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience, having:

Grown seven brands across multiple industries

Scaled businesses up to 16× revenue

Built companies that were never unprofitable

She’s not here to motivate.
She’s here to show you how she built and scaled businesses and help you apply it to yours.

The Power of the Room

Women founders learn faster when:

They hear how others are solving the same problems

They use shared language and operating tools

They are surrounded by execution-minded peers

This forum creates that environment without fluff, ego, or wasted time.
